TAP Mortgage Solutions was founded in 2022 by Troy Powell, a seasoned Mortgage Planner with over 20 years of industry experience. With a Diploma in Financial Services and a stellar reputation for exceptional client service, Troy is a trusted expert in the mortgage field. His extensive expertise spans home and investment loans, refinancing, first-time home buyers, off-the-plan purchases, and specialised lending.
At TAP Mortgage Solutions, Troy is committed to delivering personalised service. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique financial situation and leverages his access to over 20 different lenders to find the ideal solution. Troy’s “Can Do” attitude and genuine passion for helping clients has enabled him to assist hundreds of Australians in achieving their financial goals.
With a proven track record in managing loan approvals and maintaining strong relationships within the national lending industry, Troy combines his expertise with a personal touch. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two young daughters. A dedicated Adelaide Crows supporter, Troy brings the same enthusiasm to his family life and sports interests as he does to his professional endeavours.
Cassandra (Cass) Calder, Mortgage Planner
With over 20 years of experience in the finance industry, Cass Calder is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and client success. With a Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking, Cass excels in navigating the complexities of home financing, crafting customised solutions that promote financial wellness and success.
Throughout her extensive career, Cass has demonstrated a steadfast commitment to helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. Her mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and resources they need to achieve their financial goals, ensuring a smooth and rewarding mortgage experience.
Outside of her professional life, Cass is an avid hockey player, actively participating in her local community and representing her state on the field. Her passion for the outdoors reflects her belief in maintaining a balanced and fulfilling life. Cass also cherishes time with her family, friends, and her three beloved pets—two dogs and a cat—which rejuvenates her dedication to providing outstanding service.
